After a whirlwind few days here in the Windy City, with heavy meals, long discussions, and late nights, I am quite tired, not exactly the type of tired resulting from exuberant partying and drinking with rock gods, but more so the would like an evening to myself, and feel rather muddled and befuddled in the brain; I would definitely benefit from a full night's sleep, and a bowl of crisp and clean fruit salad. While I wish I was able to stay here and enjoy this new, vibrant place for pleasure, I am looking forward to heading home and sleeping in my own bed.

I'm the same way. I love traveling, but by the end up the trip I'm longing for my own bed and fresh fruits and veggies!
