After a successful and relax work out at the gym, the benefits reaped just demolished and forgotten with greedy handfuls of Baked Lays Sour Cream and Cheddar potato chips, as I climbed into my car and turned on the radio, I tuned into 89.9, the music station out of Columbia University, just in time to hear the disc jockey announce that if you are tuning in now, you missed quite a jam session: an extremely rare recording of Miles Davis playing in Kyoto in 1964, one that is frequently omitted by popular discographies. I smiled, able to meet this unfortunate mishap in timing, in syncopation with external forces, with chagrin alone.
